Week 3: Walk/run


Goal: walk/ run 4 and 1’s every day this week. I am hoping to do it before I eat dinner. If I plan to do it after dinner it NEVER gets done. So I need to suck it up and get moving I have two weeks of making up to do!


Week 2: one giant step in the wrong direction


YIKES! I am super embarrassed to admit this but I only worked out once this week and ate LOTS of sweets 😦

But it’s now time to get on track. I have 6 weeks before we head home for summer break and I want to look healthier than I do now.
